We guarantee that all emails will be replied within one business day, and usually sooner. We make every effort to reply as soon as we can (we don't like to wait for answers either). Our offices are closed on Sunday.

Shipments and deliveries occur only on weekdays.

Most in-stock items ship within two business day via UPS.

Lazy Fish handles international orders on a case-by-case basis. If you are interested in placing an international order, please send us an email indicating which items you would like to purchase along with your city, country and postal code. We will provide you with shipping rates for your location within one business day.

Please note: UPS is not required to carry overweight or oversize items up stairs. UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Delivery Surcharges - Some items exceed size and/or weight restrictions set by our carriers and cost considerably more to ship. In addition to the regular delivery charges, a surcharge will be added to each oversized item to cover these additional shipping costs. The surcharge amount will be displayed below the price of the item and will also be itemized during checkout.

returns

RETURNS WITH OUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED!

If you wish to return an item, please email returns@lazyfishpi.com WITHIN 14 DAYS of receiving your purchase specifying:

 - Order number
 - Date purchased
 - Item/s to be returned
 - Reason for return

Items may be shipped back only once you've been issued a Return Authorization Number (RA Number). Please write your RA Number on the shipping box. Returned items must be received at our offices WITHIN 14 DAYS of the date your RA Number was issued.

After obtaining an RA Number, you may also bring your return to our Pawleys Island  location.

refunds

Refunds will be given only for returns following the procedure outlined above.

Non-Defective Items: Non-defective items will receive a full refund of the purchase price only if returned in NEW CONDITION WITH ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING. Delivery charges will not be refunded for non-defective items.

Defective Items: After obtaining an RA Number, we will pay to ship the item back to us. If the item is found defective, we will refund the purchase price of the item, including delivery charges. If the item is not found defective, delivery charges will not be refunded and you will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
